Why custom quotes instead of a flat price?
Because a five-wine Squarespace site and a Commerce7 store with three club tiers are very different projects. The free review tells us (and you) exactly what's involved — then you get one clear number for implementation and one for the monthly service. No surprises after the fact.
Is the site & stack review really free?
Yes — and it's useful even if you don't move forward. You'll get a short write-up of how your catalog, club and content are structured and how a concierge would plug in.
Is there a contract?
Month-to-month after launch. If SommBot isn't earning its keep, you shouldn't keep it.
What does the timeline look like?
We scope every launch for 2–4 weeks after the review: week one for training and voice, then implementation, your approval pass, and launch.
